- 47 batch freezing programs with “Ad Hoc” density control. They allow you to choose the ideal ice-cream consistency, according to the used kind of mix, with the chance to insert min and max quantities (you can work also with only the 30% of the maximum quantity).
- 1 batch freezing/cooling program with time control. It allows you to choose the ideal cycle according to time.
- 2 batch freezing/cooling/preserving programs with temperature control. It allows you to choose the ideal temperature.
- 1 chain program. Thanks to this important innovation it is possible to combine up to 5 different programs.
- Each freezing program can work easily and automatically with preset parameters.
- The operator can change the cycles in progress dynamically by changing the stirrer speed or the consistency of the finished product he wants to achieve. He can save the new parameters for subsequent cycles.
- Multi-language display 2.5 inches with visual, alphanumeric or graphic signals of the cycle in progress.
- High performance speed regulator of the mixer to batch ice-cream with different textures.
- PC connection port to set the board parameters.
