The DIHR belt-conveyor dishwashers are the ideal answer for heavy duty workload as big canteens, schools, hospitals, hotels of any size, cruise-liners, catering, and airports.The FX line offers a variety of models with multiple accessories that can be combined with the tray washer and the rack conveyor dishwashers, to offer tailor-made solutions for any customer’s need. The built-in detergent economizer (standard) and the optional heat recovery system do improve the energy efficiency, with a consequent control on operating costs, as well as consumption, with a special focus on environment preservation.

The range extends to 8 standard versions. Due to the broad net WIDTH of the belt, 710 mm, the FX series dishwashers allow to wash 3 plates per row, instead of 2, achieving on the largest model, a production of 10.000 dishes/hour in full accordance to the DIN 10510 norms.
This characteristic limits the overall LENGHT of the machine, decisive issue in several cases. Consequently, the lower SPEED of the belt, i.e. a longer exposure of the dishes, under the wash/rinse stream grants a much better wash results. Moreover, thanks to the renewed double rinsing system we achieved a radical reduction of water consumption far below the best market standards. This result, besides the improved respect to environment, will allow significant savings on chemicals and electricity bills.

Stainless steel adjustable legs
Low voltage electronic control panel, with easy clean touch sensitive keyboard IPx4, allows to monitor the working temperatures of the machine and its status, thank to the self-diagnostic system, that displays eventual alarm signals for thermal or functional malfunctions, according to the HACCP norms.Software to monitor and memorize all functional data is available on request. In order to limit running costs, all models are equipped with an Auto-timer that switches pumps and all installed optionals on Stand-by, after a preset time gap.
Double skin insulated doors, counter-balanced, equipped with anti-fall safety device.
Loading overhanging shelf with side filter with easy-fit design. The filter in the inlet zone contains an important part of the food scraps, reducing to a minimum the pollution of the water in the tanks.
Two speed traction system with built-in clutch. Variable-speed inverter available on request, to select pitch on individual needs.

Thermoacoustic insulation: on demand, an additional machine’s insulation is available to minimize the heat loss, reducing the energy consumption. This will also improve the sound level of the machine making the work environment more comfortable

AISI 316 radial wash tanks, sloped to help the tanks emptying. The overflow pipe, allows the full draining of the wash tanks without being removed.
AISI 316 stainless steel boilers, fully insulated to reduce thermal losses.
DDSS (Dihr Detergent Saving System). Deviates part of the rinse water to the pre-wash tank, in order to reduce the need of detergent in the wash area.
Rinse economizer and pressure reducer, to allow operation only in presence of crockery on that specific area avoiding any waste of water and energy, the water pressure is stabilized and guarantee an optimal rinse.
Formed pre-wash tank, designed to prevent the thermal losses and guarantee a high temperature for the double-rinse. Pre-rinse and rinse arms fitted with solid stainless steels nozzles.
Optional shelf dryer, recommended on smaller models; optional stage dryer recommended for larger capacity machines and in case of installation of turbo-blowers.
Upper air jet, angled on each type of dryer, to optimize the water removal from any surface. The turbo-blowers feed the air nozzles positioned on the sides and in the lower part of the belt.
Optional turbo-blowers, recommended to dry plastic containers and crates for immediate re-use.They allow to achieve the minimum percentage of humidity on the surfaces,thanks to a high pressure of the air vortex.
HACCP: Upon request, a dedicated software is available to store information such as temperatures, alarms and state of the machine, with the possibility to check at this data on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
FC91R / FC98 heat recovery.This option allows cold water * supply to the machine, significantly saving energy at the same time. The steam produced by the machine run (other wise lost in the room), is recovered and led through the heat exchanger (air – water). The energy of the steam is recovered to preheat up to 45°C the inlet water with a consequent reduction of the energy needed. Approx 6 kW for the FC91R device and 11 kW for the FC98 *inlet water temperature lower than 25°
FC99/1 heat recovery with heat pump. This optional allows the cold water* feeding of the machine, and thanks to the heat pump, which has a higher warming effect than a conventional heat recovery, we can save more energy. The steam produced by the machine run (otherwise lost in the room), is recovered and conveyed through a heat exchanger equipped with heat pump (air–water). In this way the energy of the steam is recovered to preheat up to 45°C the inlet water with a consequent reduction of the energy needed of about 14-16 kW. * inlet water temperature lower than 25°
To sanitize dishes, the DIN 10510 norms prescribe a minimum contact time between the detergent and the surface to be washed, proportional to the bacterial load existing on the dish (as shown on the picture). All DIHR dishwashers are designed according to these norms.
