PROFESSIONAL THAWING CABINET FRIULINOX AT GN2
The Thaw Cabinet brings back the temperature of frozen food to a chilling temperature by means of a controlled procedure, according to the HACCP rules.
The Thaw cabinet is fitted with a temperature probe which must be fitted into the core of frozen product to control the thaw process till the product it reaches the required preservation temperature, kept steady by the refrigeration system till the user decides to use the product.
The advantages of the use a a Thaw cabinet are various, such as :
The passage from freezing temperature to chilling temperature (+2°C by default, though adjustable) within short time and according to HACCP
The possibility to consume the unfrozen food in longer time compared to the traditional unfreezing procedures, because the temperature control prevents the food to exceed the limit of dangerous range and therefore prevents bacteria proliferation as well.
Cooking food which has been unfrozen with a Thaw cabinet grants a better quality, because it reduces the risk of the presence of frozen parts after the cooking process.
