The new control respects the strictest HACCP rules, memorizing and displaying alarms of various types (over-temperature, black out) in the cabinet as well as remote
The alarms and the data can be downloaded in a PC through a data gathering and transferring infrared-system and they can be later printed
The self-diagnosis and the monitoring complete all the other function of the cabinet, avoiding loss of efficiency in the cooling unit
