The ASM890CE lets you make three sizes of rolls: large (futo maki), medium (maki, california) and small (hozo maki). The three different rolling mats will be automatically recognised by the machine. With the new SMD* system, all you have to do is press the Start button and the machine will automatically detect the type of rolling mat.
