Ice N Roll is equipped with a plate capable of maintaining a temperature at 20 degrees below zero that freezes in the instant way prepared for the ice cream. The so prepared can then be worked rolled to obtain the right consistency.

Thanks to the preparation provided by Techfood you can add more cream or chocolate chips, fruit or praline to garnish and creative new dishes. In addition to the ice cream it is also possible to prepare fruit sorbets or alcohol-based depending on your imagination.
