Range intended for professional kitchens with a depth of 650 mm, which adapts to smaller spaces. The unit has 2 3000 W zones, for a total power of 6000 W. The cooking surface in laminated materials measures 310 x 430 mm. Compatible with the base of the range, its modular structure allows you to combine several devices from the same range to create a complete induction cooking line. The control panel has an ESC (Electronic Control Without Rotation) lever that allows 360°C rotation with a "pop-off" function to turn off the product. The temperature can be adjusted from 60° to 250°C. The grease collection drawer allows quick and easy cleaning.
