We meet all the necessary standards for the safe management of the oven in such settings. Our tests are very rigorous, including common family situations, such as the presence of children or pets.
All of this allows for top-level cooking, comparable to that of a professional pizzeria, without needing a professional oven—definitely not ideal (to put it mildly) in a home setting.
Practical and Functional
Every aspect of Urbe is designed to make its use simple and practical.
Installation is immediate: just place the Alfa brick plate in the cooking chamber, plug it in, and turn on the oven. It can be comfortably placed on any flat surface, including a standard kitchen countertop, typically 60 cm deep.
The internal space is also designed for convenience: 40 cm in width, more than enough to bake a pizza (usually 30 cm in diameter), with extra room to move it easily during cooking.
The temperature is quickly set via two side knobs: one controls the bottom heating element and the other the top one. White LEDs next to each knob indicate their activity.
The central knob selects the function: pizza oven, static oven, bottom-only, or grill. It also has a LED that indicates when the oven is on.
Cleaning is equally simple: the glass door panels can be removed and washed in the dishwasher.
