ZENO 4 - The power of electricity. The same temperatures of a Neapolitan wood-fired oven combined with the most advanced electric oven technology, to offer you unparalleled pizza cooking. Compact, available with or without special base. Unique in its category for its size, performance and lightness. It can produce up to 60 pizzas per hour to ensure maximum reliability and accuracy even at the busiest times.

Entirely made in Italy, it has been designed to offer outstanding power, practicality and cooking performance.

It quickly reaches 500°C and optimizes the heat to cook Neapolitan pizzas, classic pizzas, American pizzas, pan pizzas, gourmet pizzas, and peel pizzas rapidly and evenly.

Immediately ready for use, Zeno 4 Pizze requires neither masonry work nor a flue to be installed, features that make it the ideal cooking tool in all those situations where it is difficult, if not impossible, to obtain authorizations to use wood.

Available either in a top version or with a dedicated base, it adapts perfectly to even the smallest of spaces and environments.

Thanks to the construction quality, Zeno 4 Pizze is capable of offering the same cooking performance as a true Neapolitan wood-fired oven with maximum energy efficiency.

It reaches 500°C in just 60 minutes and flawlessly cooks up to 55 pizzas per hour, ensuring high performance with maximum energy efficiency. The touch screen is user-friendly and it allows to program the ignition, differentiate the oven’s ceiling, floor and mouth temperature and set the various cooking programs.

The Touch Screen enables to manage the oven with one finger

The 5″ control interface is perfectly integrated into the design of the oven: just a simple touch is needed to manage Zeno in both automatic and manual mode, accurately select the temperature and programme the on and off feature.

The large Touch Screen allows for easy and intuitive access to numerous customizable cooking programmes and multiple intelligent functions.

One of the many available programmes is the automatic pyrolytic cleaning programme, which enables to remove any cooking residue, saving both time and effort, while avoiding unnecessary wasting of water and chemical detergents.

Triple insulation for greater thermal efficiency

All the heat generated remains inside the oven, without ever overheating the working environment, thanks to 3 layers of ceramic fibre that are capable of keeping the external surfaces at temperatures below 60°C.

Additional layers of highly insulating material, resistant to 1200°C, have been inserted in the lower part of the oven to ensure that heat is not unnecessarily dispersed into the environment, thus guaranteeing optimal performance and significant energy savings.

Front fume extraction hood for better air quality

The Zeno professional electric pizza oven is equipped with a special front fume extraction hood.

This small, very useful element, allows for the correct suction of the vapours exiting the oven’s mouth, thus improving the well-being of the pizza maker in the work environment.

A removable base for maximum practicality

The base of the Zeno 4 Pizze professional electric oven is designed to be easily disassembled and transported through any entrance, even the narrowest of spaces.

The high-quality powder coating and the textured finish that recalls the oven casing make it stable, durable and resistant, perfect for both indoor and outdoor installations.

Two comfortable shelves allow the pizza maker to easily store peels and tools, while the 4 swivel wheels with brake make it extremely easy and safe to move the oven.
