The L120IV increases processing capacity without increasing labor requirements. Only one person is required to operate the machine. The bowl tilt and the lid opening and closing are fully motorized and operate automatically. The blade unit - the bowl - and the lid are removable for cleaning away from the machine, which significantly increases hygiene standards.
The machine is operated via a hybrid control panel, with waterproof metal buttons and a control screen. The timer, variable speed function, optional reverse function, lid and tilt controls are all integrated into this panel. The bowl and blades are removable.
