The L200IV increases processing capacity to the maximum without increasing labor requirements. Only one person is needed to operate the machine. The bowl tilting and the lid opening and closing are fully motorized and operate automatically. The knife unit - the bowl - and the lid are removable for cleaning away from the machine, which significantly increases hygiene standards.
The machine is operated via a hybrid control panel, with waterproof metal buttons and a control screen. The timer, variable speed function, optional reverse function, lid and tilting mechanism controls are all integrated into this panel. The bowl and blades are detachable.
