Large contact surfaced ice flakes/scales cooled to -7°C. White, pure, dry texture, fast performing food cooling capacity and easy drainage.
Application fields varying from fishmongers’ counter supermarkets, perishable food transportation industrial process catering (bread making, meat prcessing, cooked meat trades …) to pharmaceutical products handling.
A fixed vertical evaporator turns iced water into scales/flakes thanks to a rotating scraper.
