Granule Maxi Pro is our largest model, with the highest hourly through-put - and it just got even bigger. It is suitable for large production kitchens, preparing between 800 and 4000 hot meals daily. However, the production and distribution processes are significant for actual fit, and might override the meals-per-day indication. Granule Maxi Pro is available in three different editions: Compact, Flow, and FreeFlow. Each edition comes with carefully selected standard accessories and can be further customized to your needs by adding one or more smart accessories.
Granule Maxi Pro Flow Edition
Adds flexibility and makes your setup more ergonomic with two cassettes, a trolley and wall-mounted hooks with wall protection, on which the cassettes can be hung. The trolley is used to change cassettes and can also be used to collect and transport washware around the washroom or the kitchen. Fits operations ranging from 800 - 4000 meals/day. Granule Maxi Pro FreeFlow Edition
Offers maximum flexibility, flow and capacity with two trolleys and two cassettes. The setup allows for multitasking and emptying/filling one cassette while the other is being washed. Increases speed, flow and flexibility of the whole pot wash area. Fits operations ranging from 800 - 4000 meals/day. Capacity incl. handling/h: 228 GN 1/1
Granule Maxi Pro Compact Edition
A stand-alone version that works with washing in a sliding Pro cassette. The Pro cassette offers loading of washware at three levels. Add a few accessories to load a multitude of other kitchen utensils, pots and pans of different sizes. Fits operations ranging from 800 - 1500 meals/day. Capacity incl. handling/h: 168 GN 1/1

Steam reduction
Granule Maxi Pro is standard fitted with steam reduction, which serves for a better climate and working conditions and lowers the ventilation requirements in the pot wash area.
Dosing equipment
Liquid detergent and rinse aid dosing dispenser with peristaltic pump and detergent dosing sensor is available as an optional factory-fitted add-on.
HACCP wash log
The control system stores vital HACCP data for up to 200 wash cycles. The data log can be accessed via the control panel display or exported to a USB stick for further use or storage.
Auto-reminders
The smart control system keeps track of the number of run wash cycles and reminds you when it's time to change wash water, granules, and to schedule your next preventive maintenance appointment.
EcoExchanger
The add-on EcoExchanger cleverly combines steam reduction and heat recovery in one and improves the working environment while also reducing the energy needed for heating the wash tank by up to 33%.
3 cycles and 2 modes
Wash hygienically clean in minutes, using a minimum of natural resources! No pre-washing needed - just scrape and load, then choose cycle length and wash mode. There are 2 different modes you can use, granule mode or water-only mode. It all depends on what you need to wash and how severely dirty or burnt it is.
