Cream cooker or cooking kettle with stirrer, suitable for making any type of dough or sauce that requires fast and uniform cooking, but can also be used at room temperature.
This hot mixer is useful for any type of fast and uniform cooking.
The wide variety of possible preparations include: béchamel for croquettes, sauces, fillings, creams, crumbs, ratatouille, chocolates, syrups, sweets, caramelised, pastry creams, almonds and dried fruit.
Suitable for rottisseries, restaurants, hotels, meat factories, pre-cooked food manufacturers and other collectivities.
It incorporates an electronic plate, which has three work programmes: rotation in the same direction, rotation in the same direction with pause and rotation in one direction with change to rotation in the opposite direction.
Thanks to the latest technology, all these functions are fully programmable in terms of the speed of rotation, thanks to the variable speed drive which gives maximum versatility to our cream cooker.
It also has an integrated system that allows you to program six complete recipes with six steps each, previously programmed, in order to store the most common recipes in its internal memory.
