ELECTRIC INDUCTION PLATE ADVENTYS MO4NL

The MO4NL is a three-phase module equipped with Adventys No-Limit multizone technology. This module is delivered with its own base which accommodates 4 generators. The No-Limit innovation is based on the principle: 1 inductor = 1 zone. You can then set each zone independently and carry out several cooking modes at the same time.
You can place your containers anywhere on the surface, the 16 inductor format allows you to place more than 15 pans on the cooking surface. The MO4NL offers 16 zones (16 inductors), and is available in a 16,000W (1kw per zone) or 32,000W (2kw per zone) version.
The device is controlled using a touch-sensitive keypad and incremental encoders which individually control each inductor. The adjustment is made in power (watts) or in temperature (° C). The program function is also available with 3 memorizable settings.
