The KTWI is a three-phase induction wok kit. It is available in 4000 or 6000W version with remote generator. It is equipped with an inductor in the wok bowl format, manufactured by Adventys, which allows a perfect distribution and homogeneity of the heat transmitted. Thanks to the stainless steel rim, the pan does not rest directly on the glass ceramic, which prevents any risk of breakage in the event of an impact. The KTWI control panel is remote (1.50m), it is available in capacitive keys and 4-digit display or in 360 ° joystick version and 4-digit display. Our kits are compatible with the TERA WATT energy optimizer.
