THE MACHINE CONSISTS OF:
No.1 Machine Base
• Base for table dispenser, made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel.
• The base includes all the controls for regulating suction and dosage, emergency button, mains air
inlet and pressure regulator with filter.
• Height and depth adjustable support, for containers with base Ø 15 ÷ 120 mm and height H 10 ÷
210 mm.
• Rinsing cycle: the pneumatic system includes a selector that enables an automatic sequence of
cycle repetitions. This function is particularly useful for washing the machine.
• The machine works with compressed air at 6 bar.
NB - LEVER SWITCH mounted near the secondary valve to start the dosing cycle of the machine

• Volumetric dispenser built entirely in AISI 316 stainless steel.
• Dosage volume adjustment from 5 to 250 cc by a handwheel with reference numerical indicator.
• The dispenser is built with tri-clamp connections to facilitate maintenance (disassembly) and
cleaning of all parts in contact with the product.
No. 1 VA25 PEEK Rotary Conical Valve
• VA25 pneumatic rotary conical valve, completely built in stainless steel.
• Conical shutter in non-toxic PEEK material suitable for contact with the product.
• Built with tri-clamp connections to facilitate maintenance (disassembly) and cleaning of all parts
in contact with the product.
• Internal dimensions suitable for the passage of dense products with medium size pieces.
No.1 1" nozzle
• 1 ”dosing nozzle completely in stainless steel.
• Availability of different measures depending on the application.
No.1 Conical Hopper of 3/6 liters
• Conical hopper with 3/6 liter capacity, made entirely of AISI 316 stainless steel.
• Mirror polished in the part in contact with the product.
