Thanks to its longer spits providing a greater capacity than any other rotisseries of this type and with a lower power consumption, the rotisserie Roti-Roaster will bring you increased profits. Roti Roaster can roast full poultries or Spatchcock style roasting. 

Made entirely of stainless steel. Convection cooking with the temperature maintained at the end of the cooking cycle. Manual setting of the cooking modes. Digital temperature setting and reading. Interior panels, central axle, supports and accessories are all removable to facilitate easy cleaning. Very powerful interior quartz lighting. Special anti-burn ‘K.Glass’ doors, on either side of unit. Insulated with glass wool providing perfect insulation of the unit and thus a very low power cost. Smallest unit operates on 220 volts single phase with only 2.9 kW. Optional curved glass door. Optional programmable panel. Model is provided with basket spits.
